Why Train with Leaders With AI?
We bridge Agile foundations with cutting-edge workflows. Discover the values, experiences, and structural constraints that make our cohorts highly valuable.
Agile Expertise
Delivering software using Scrum and agile product delivery long before Scrum was mainstream.
Miro Interactive
Hands-on, simulation-based cohorts where you build, map, and collaborate in real-time.
Cohort Cap Size
Public classes strictly capped to guarantee direct feedback and high-quality coaching.
15 Years in the Trenches
We bring fifteen years of experience in Scrum and agile product delivery, operating long before the modern age of generative AI and before Scrum became a corporate standard. We didn't learn Scrum from textbooks or AI prompts; we lived it in the trenches, delivering scaling software projects under real-world constraints.
Practical & Fully Interactive
We believe passive video lectures don't lead to operational upskilling. Our classes focus heavily on hands-on practical exercises that you can immediately implement in your team after training. We use Miro board for interactivity in the session. We try not to rely on dry, boring PowerPoint slides, ensuring you learn by doing.
Small Class Sizes (Max 3)
For public class sessions, our classes are strictly capped to three participants. Since integrating AI with Scrum workflows is technical and hands-on, small cohort limits guarantee that you get personalized coaching, direct trainer feedback, and that no participant gets left behind.
Non-Generic, Role-Focused
Many AI training programs are broad and non-specific to your professional role. This is the only course built from the ground up specifically to teach AI from the point of view of a Scrum Master and Product Owner.
Additionally, while many Scrum with AI courses focus solely on optimizing standard Scrum events using prompts, our training takes a different perspective: we elevate the core stances of the Scrum Master and Product Owner when utilizing AI. Our courses take the stance-first perspective. (Learn more about Scrum Master and Product Owner stances in our Blog).
We bring our actual, past experiences as active Scrum Masters and Product Owners into class discussions, helping you relate AI strategies directly back to the real-life operational challenges you face.

"Practical and Insightful AI Training for Product Owners"
I recently completed the Professional Scrum Product Owner - AI Essentials class from Scrum.org, and it was a very valuable experience. Joshua Partogi is an excellent trainer who did a great job covering all of the learning outcomes from the course in a clear, engaging, and practical manner. He was especially effective at translating AI concepts into real-world product ownership use cases, which made the learning highly relevant and immediately applicable. Joshua also helped me understand how different AI tools based on LLMs can be used in practice, including which models may be better suited for specific needs and the reasoning behind those choices. The course was delivered at a very good pace, allowing enough time to absorb the material while keeping the sessions interactive and engaging. Joshua’s teaching style made complex topics approachable and easy to understand. One area I would have liked to explore further was AI Agents, ideally with a hands-on example. That said, the course materials provided enough information to build a strong foundation and continue learning independently. Overall, I would highly recommend this class to Product Owners and professionals looking to better understand AI and how to apply it effectively and responsibly in their day-to-day work.
"First foray into the AI world was a win!"
This was my first course on AI as I look to upskill in this domain. I found Josh to be an engaging and knowledgeable trainer. The course was very well-paced, with time to dive deep into areas where I need a bit more depth/understanding. Particularly interesting to me was the application of AI to view a situation through multiple lenses simultaneously/in parallel. This is the one big takeaway I will carry forward into my professional life, as I see this approach can be applied in a number of situations. Aced the exam after a day's revision of the course materials and Scrum.org materials. Thanks, team!
"Engaging, Energetic, and Insightful"
If you want to understand the intersection of Scrum and AI, i highly recommend this class! Joshua is a fantastic trainer who brings a lot of energy to the 'PSM-AI Essentials' curriculum. Beyond just learning new tools, I gained a deep understanding of how to coach teams through the complexities of AI, from ethical dilemmas to day-to-day facilitation. Joshua’s impersonations during workshops added a layer of depth that you just don't get from a standard lecture. A must-attend for any Scrum Master looking to stay ahead of the curve!
